Return policy
We inspect and photograph every item ourselves. That means returns are rare — but if something arrives not as described, we will make it right.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery for items that materially differ from their listing description — meaning undisclosed damage, a misrepresented condition grade, or a significant size discrepancy.
Because we describe every flaw ourselves, we hold ourselves to a high standard. If we got something wrong, we own it.
What is not returnable
Items are not returnable if:
- —The item matches its listing description (you simply changed your mind)
- —It is marked "final sale" at time of purchase
- —The return request is made after 14 days from delivery
- —The item shows signs of wear or has been altered since delivery
How to request a return
Email hello@slowpokeshop.com with:
- —Your order number
- —A clear description of the discrepancy
- —Photos showing the issue
We respond within one business day. If the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund process
Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within one business day of arrival), we issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically clear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was materially misdescribed.
